Braze pot roast in cast iron
Pan for 3 min per side
Put roast in slow cooker
And put on high for 3 hours
Add 2 cans beef broth
Add 1 can of water
Add 1 pgk of lipton onion soup
Add baby carrots
Add quarted potatoes
Cover and let cook
