Marias pinto beans

Render
1/2 bag bacon ends
Rough chop 1 white onion
Deseed and cut in half 2 jalepenos
4 garlic cloves
Secret tbl heaping lard
Add 2 lbs beans
Fill w water till 2 inches from top
Boil 5 minutes
Put on medium 55 minutes

Maria slow cook pot roast

Braze pot roast in cast iron
Pan for 3 min per side
Put roast in slow cooker
And put on high for 3 hours
Add 2 cans beef broth
Add 1 can of water
Add 1 pgk of lipton onion soup
Add baby carrots
Add quarted potatoes
Cover and let cook
