4 Tbl flour
5 cups chicken stock

Make butter flour roix
Cook flour
Add cold stock to roix
Bring to boil constant mixing
Reduce to low cook 30 min

Taquitos

2 roasted chicken breast
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/3 block cream cheese
2 tbl of julio cheese sauce
Mix well
Dip warm corn tortillas in chicken broth 5 secs
Roll and freeze
