Sams chicken enchiladas

2 cups Shreaded chicken
Green salsa
Green chiles
Chipotle chilies
Mix in bowl
Put whipping cream in bottom of baking pan
Put chicken broth in dipping pan and wet flour tortillas 5 sec in broth
Add mixture and roll
Place in bahing pan on top of whipping cream
Cover enchalads with Monterrey jack cheese
Add whipping cream to top

Or

For the top
Cook chorizo
Add 1 cup of whipping cream
Put mixture over top

Bake 350 for 40 min

Chicken enchiladas with white sauce

3 cups chicken
2 cups cheese
Spray baking pan
Roll in flour tortillas mix a put in pan

Sauce
On low heat in pan melt
6 tbl of butter
Add 6 tbl of flour
Then add 2 cans of chicken stock
Let thicken
Let cool
Add 2 cups sour cream
Add green chiles
Pour sauce over enchilads
Add cheese
350 for 25 min
Then broil
